Nick Schulman wins 4th WSOP bracelet

Nick Schulman outlasted an incredibly tough final table on Sunday to win his 4th World Series of Poker bracelet in the $1,500 buy-in Seven Card Stud event. Schulman, who pocketed $110,800 for the win, battled with future Hall of Famers “Angry” John Monnette and Shaun Deeb en route to the win, and bested Andrew Hasdal heads up.

“Four [bracelets] means a lot,” Schulman said after the win. “It’s not lost on me that I’ve accomplished some things, and I’m still here.”

Schulman, who cut his teeth playing seven card stud in New York City and Atlantic City was elated to win a bracelet in a game that matters so much to him.

“I love stud — I’d say it’s my favorite game,” Schulman told reporters. “This was really cool.”
