The GOAT joins the WPT.

On Tuesday, the World Poker Tour announced the addition of poker legend Phil Ivey to their already impressive roster of ambassadors. Ivey, a two-time WPT Champion and 10-time World Series of Poker bracelet winner, joins Poker Hall of Famer Doyle Brunson, DJ Steve Aoki, and Vlogger Brad Owen as ambassadors of the WPT.

“WPT is one of the most respected brands in poker, and I’m honored to become a WPT Ambassador,” Ivey said in a press release. “My commitment and passion towards poker has never been higher and I look forward to working with the WPT to showcase poker around the world, adding to its continued expansion.”

Ivey plans to complete in several WPT events this December at Wynn, including the $15 million guaranteed WPT World Championship.
